Refer-a-Friend Got a Makeover

We are excited to announce that our new and improved Refer-a-Friend app went live earlier this morning. The much needed updates will give you increased control over how the app interacts with your customers. You’ll be able to maintain consistency in brand and voice through customizations of the display, emails and more. Read on to find out all about the new changes. 

New Look

The most obvious difference is RAF’s brand new look. We’ve streamlined the look and feel of the user interface that will display to your customers on site. They’ll be able to access a list of their contacts within the app rather than be forced to leave your site to track down emails. 

Increased Customization

Easily control which networks your customers can login to the app with as well as the networks they will be able to share to. Then go a step further to specify the landing page that shares will be directed to and integrate coupon codes. All this can be done right in your dashboard now! 

Emails

You can now access the various RAF campaign emails your customers receive via your AddShoppers Dashboard. The email types include:

  • Welcome: Greet new customers to the RAF program and tell them all they need to know.
  • Referral: This is the email that will be sent to those people a RAF customer wants to invite to your site.
  • Successful Referral: Once their friend places an order (or whatever conversion you desire) this email will be sent to the referring customer.
  • Monthly Status Report: Keep your customers up to date on their progress using RAF with a summary report of their shares and the resulting clicks and sales they’ve driven.
