This Privacy Policy covers our collection, use and disclosure of information we collect through our website, and our service for Merchants accessible from https://www.addshoppers.com/merchants.  The personal information collected through a merchant’s use of the Addshoppers widget and tools is shared with both the Merchant and Addshoppers.

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register, and if you subscribe to our newsletter view/use our widgets.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: e-mail address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

AddShoppers collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. AddShoppers works with its Clients to help them provide notice to their customers concerning, the purpose for which personal information is collected.

To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. AddShoppers will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Opt-out Preferences

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. Out of respect for your privacy, you may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails, accessing the email preferences in your account settings page or you can contact us at help [at] addshoppers.com.

Access and Choice regarding Data Controlled by our Clients:

AddShoppers has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, who seeks to correct, amend, delete inaccurate data or withdraw consent to further contact should direct his/her query to the AddShoppers’s Client (the data controller). If the Client requests AddShoppers to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 days.

Do we use cookies?

Yes (cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser, if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. We use cookies to understand and save your preferences for future visits and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.
